My 2-Month Check-Up
Well, today I had my 2-month checkup! The good news is my doctor said I am doing great and growing nicely. I am now 24 1/2 inches tall (that's over 2 feet!) which is in the 95th percentile and I weigh 12lbs 13oz (I've put on over 4 pounds since my last check-up!) which is in the 80th percentile. The bad news is that the doctor decided to stick a big old needle in my leg. I only screamed for a second--mostly because it didn't hurt that bad because my legs are so chubby. :-)

Big Weekend
I had a very busy weekend out on the town! Mommy and Daddy took me to the mall, but turned down my request for a Mrs. Field's cookie (see Play Update to the left). Bummer! On Saturday night, we had some Mexican food with Uncle Shay and Auntie Meghan. They took this cute pic of the three of us--what a good lookin' family we are!
 On Sunday, I was dying to go to the dog park, so all five of us loaded into the car. Molly didn't like being separated from me--she whined the whole time she had to play with the dogs!   That afternoon, we stopped by to meet my newest friend, Samuel, who was just born to Mommy's friend Becky. Too bad we missed getting a picture, but he was awful sleepy! OK, back to my nap now... Mommy and Daddy sent out my birth announcement. As you can see, they made me spend the better part of an afternoon in a box! Now it was a Tiffany box--but a box nonetheless. Man, the things I put up with from them...

Tuesday, April 1, 2008Do I Look Like My Daddy?
Ever since I was born, everyone keeps telling me that I look just like my Daddy! Well, the red hair certainly doesn't hurt, but I wanted to see for myself. So when Mommy and Daddy left the house the other day, I went and found Daddy's baby book to find a photo of him from when he was a baby.
What do you think? PS -- If you are surprised that I was able to take a photo completely on my own, imagine what a hard time I had setting up the tripod!
